FAQs

  • At The Craft at the Crossroads, all who arrive are welcome — wanderers, seekers, skeptics, and those guided here by stranger forces.
No traveler should be barred from passage by preventable obstacles, and thus accessibility is woven into the very structure of this site.

    Our Commitment

We strive to shape this space so that it may be navigated by individuals of all abilities.
In accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, efforts are made to ensure that:

    • Text stands clear against shadow, legible to human sight and assistive tools alike.

    • Images bear meaningful alternative descriptions when appropriate, that no symbol remains silent.

    • Navigation may be undertaken by mouse, keyboard, or screen reader without hindrance.

    • Interactive elements are named, labeled, and structured so even hidden pathways remain discernible.

    • Content is arranged with semantic precision, ensuring clarity behind the veil.

    Ongoing Work

Accessibility is a living pact — renewed, refined, and strengthened over time.
As the site grows, we continue to evaluate its corridors, mending what becomes unclear and illuminating what grows dim.

Some obstacles reveal themselves not through intention, but through oversight.
When such shadows are discovered, they will be addressed with earnest care.

    If You Encounter a Barrier

Should you stumble upon a page that is unreadable, unresponsive, or otherwise resistant to access, you are encouraged — without hesitation — to reach out.

    Email:[your email]
    Subject Line: “Accessibility Issue”

Your message will be read, acknowledged, and acted upon.
Every report is treated as a necessary candle in the dark.

A Closing Word from the Crossroads

This is a place of inquiry, not exclusion.
A place where insight is for any who seek it, and passage is not denied by the limits of flesh, machine, or sense.

Here at the Crossroads, every road is meant to open.
Every traveler, seen or unseen, is meant to step forward unimpeded.n

    Refund Policy

    The Craft at the Crossroads

    Last updated: December 4th, 2025

    I. General Principles

All offerings provided through The Craft at the Crossroads are spiritual, symbolic, or energetic in nature.
They are handcrafted, time-bound services performed with intention, preparation, and ritual structure.
Because of this, refunds are limited and governed by the laws of exchange set forth below.

    Once a working has begun,
once a reading has been cast,
or once a potion has been mixed,
    the exchange is considered sealed.

II. Refunds for Spellwork & Ritual Services

    1. Before the Work Begins

A refund may be issued only if the practitioner has not started:

    • divinatory preparation,

    • ritual crafting,

    • timing calculations,

    • or the working itself.

If no preparation has begun, a full refund may be granted upon request.

    2. After the Work Has Begun

    Once the practitioner has:

    • opened the circle,

    • performed divinatory alignment,

    • gathered or consecrated materials,

    • or initiated any part of the ritual process—

    no refund shall be issued.

The energy has been raised; the Work is in motion.

    III. Refunds for Tarot Readings

    1. Before the Cards Are Cast

If the reading has not yet been performed, a refund may be granted.

    2. After the Reading Is Performed

Once the cards have been drawn — whether or not the seeker has received the written, audio, or video interpretation —
    no refund is available.
The reading exists as a completed divinatory act.

IV. Refunds for Potions & Physical Goods

    1. Before Creation or Shipment

If a potion, charm, or physical item has not yet been crafted or packaged, a refund may be granted.

    2. After Creation or Shipment

Due to the nature of handcrafted esoteric goods, no returns or refunds will be issued once an item is:

    • mixed,

    • consecrated,

    • bottled,

    • sealed,

    • or shipped.

However, if an item arrives damaged, a replacement or partial refund may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion with photo documentation.

    V. Workshops, Lessons & Educational Offerings

    1. Live Workshops

Refunds for live workshops are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.

After that window, no refund is available, as preparation and materials have already been allocated.

    2. Recorded or Digital Workshops

Once access is granted, no refund is available.

    VI. Declined Requests

If the practitioner — in accordance with the Codex of the Crossroads — determines that a requested working or reading cannot be ethically performed:

    • The request will be declined,

    • No ritual will be initiated,

    • A full refund will be issued.

    No exceptions.

    VII. Cancellations by the Seeker

If the seeker wishes to cancel:

    • Prior to any preparation: refund possible.

    • After preparation or initiation: refund not available.

    VIII. Cancellations by the Practitioner

Should the practitioner be unable to perform a service due to:

    • illness,

    • emergency,

    • unforeseen interference,

    • or ritual misalignment—

    the seeker will be offered:

    • a rescheduled date or

    • a full refund.

    The seeker may choose.

    IX. Responsibility & Sovereignty

    All seekers acknowledge:

    • Magic influences, but does not control.

    • Outcomes cannot be promised, predicted, or guaranteed.

    • The practitioner is not liable for decisions made as a result of any service.

By purchasing any offering, the seeker enters a sovereign agreement of symbolic exchange.

    X. Final Clause

Once the Work is initiated, the circle stands, the intention is sealed, and the exchange is bound by the laws of the Crossroads.

No refunds may be issued beyond this point.

  • It means you grant permission for the Work to be done on your behalf within ritual boundaries.
The practitioner performs the rite; you receive a written account of what transpired.

  • No. The Crossroads does not barter in guarantees.
All workings are symbolic, energetic gestures — catalysts, not commandments.

  • Never.
Such workings violate the Codex and will not be entertained.

  • Workings that redirect energy, restore balance, or return what was sent may be considered.
Nothing fatal. Nothing that strips sovereignty.

  • Tarot is a mirror, not a verdict.
It reveals movement, influence, and possibility — the tides beneath the surface.

  • If an ancestor, archetype, or shadow presence presents itself, it will be acknowledged calmly and clearly.
No theatrics. No fear-mongering. Only interpretation and respect.

  • Come to the Crossroads with a question, a desire, or a knot that needs untying.
Clarity of intention is the only requirement.
